Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled or completed. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and cancellation will stop future billing. Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
